Bangalore, India., July 11, 2016 –AllGo Embedded Systems Pvt. Ltd., has announced the
completion of its acquisition by Visteon Corporation, a global automotive cockpit electronics
supplier. The two companies initially announced plans for the acquisition on January 12, 2016.
AllGo currently serves a wide range of global automakers and Tier 1 suppliers. Following its acquisition by Visteon, AllGo will continue to support and grow its existing customer base while also offering its products and services to Visteon’s customers, consisting of the world’s major vehicle manufacturers. AllGo will continue to provide software products and solutions in the multimedia, smartphone connectivity, media codecs area along with system integration, consulting and certification support.
The transaction includes AllGo’s technology assets and automotive business and approximately 140 employees – mostly software engineers based in India, supported by sales offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

AllGo will continue to invest and enhance product portfolio and technical expertise in the automotive infotainment and connectivity software to support existing and new customers along with Visteon’s customers from their early product development initiatives to production programs.
