Srini completed his Bachelor’s degree from IIT, madras, and Master’s degree from UC, Santa Barbara. He has 15 years of experience in DSP & embedded software development. His early experience was with a Start-up in California, followed by nearly 10 years with Motorola Global Software Group, India.

Before founding AllGo, he was the program manager in Motorola DSP group in charge of multimedia codecs and embedded systems development. His past experience in business development and technical marketing provide a strong business foundation to AllGo.

Technically strong in various areas of DSP (audio, video, telematics, wireless baseband), multiple DSP processors and embedded software development, Srini brings in strong technical, managerial and business development expertise to AllGo.

Darshak Vasavada, Member - Technical Staff

Darshak has a Master’s degree from IISc and has also completed a management education program from IIM-Ahmedabad. After spending 8 years at Motorola, he was an independent consultant & trainer before founding AllGo.

He teaches Embedded System Design at the CEDT department at IISc. Apart from his considerable experience in computer systems and software processes, he brings in immense technical expertise in embedded systems to AllGo.

Nirmal Kumar Sancheti, V.P. of Engineering

Nirmal has a PhD from IISc. He worked at various managerial positions in Motorola, Philips and Insilica, before joining AllGo.

He is a visiting lecturer in IISc Bangalore. Apart from his considerable experience in optimization algorithms, Nirmal has led large groups at all stages of his career and always been a driving force in process improvement.

Arun Hiregange, Technical Marketing

Arun has a Bachelor’s degree from IIT, Delhi, and a Master’s degree from IISc, Bangalore. He spent 12 years in Motorola India’s DSP group working on various fields such as multimedia algorithms & systems and GSM transcoding.

Prior to founding AllGo, he was a Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola, leading the consumer audio program. He brings technical and operational management expertise to AllGo.
