K. Srinivasan (“Srini”), CEO
Srini founded AllGo in 2005. After leading the company through the early formative years and through the global recession of 2008-09, Srini is now working to develop AllGo into a leading multimedia embedded system solutions provider. Srini’s career started with a start-up in California, followed by nearly 10 years with Motorola Global Software Group, before he founded AllGo. Srini completed his Bachelor’s degree from IIT, Madras, and Master’s degree from UC, Santa Barbara. Technically strong in various areas of DSP and embedded systems (audio, video, telematics, wireless baseband), Srini brings exceptional techno-managerial and business leadership to AllGo.
Nirmal Kumar Sancheti, V.P. – Engineering
Nirmal leads the engineering team at AllGo. With 17 years of industry experience, Nirmal is a veteran in people management and software development processes. Nirmal has a PhD in computer Science from Indian Institute of Science. Before joining AllGo, he worked at various techno-managerial positions in Motorola, Philips and Insilica. He started his career with Motorola, where he built a strong DSP group. This group was responsible for development of several audio/speech/video solutions for cellular products. Subsequently he built Embedded Software groups in the areas of wired and wireless connectivity at Philips and Insilica. Nirmal has led large groups at all stages of his career and has always been a driving force in process improvement through training and mentoring.
Darshak Vasavada, Member - Technical Staff
Darshak was one of the founders of AllGo. He has immense technical expertise in embedded systems and software processes. After taking various roles during the early years of AllGo, Darshak is now working to use his interest in the educational field to bring a socially relevant angle to the company’s operations. Darshak has a Master’s degree from IISc and has also completed a management education program from IIM-Ahmedabad. After spending 8 years at Motorola, he was an independent consultant & trainer before founding AllGo. Darshak is associated with the CEDT department at Indian Institute of Science in various capacities.
